Headed to Kyoto for the International Social Prescribing Conference 2026

We are really looking forward to learning about advances in social prescribing in Japan. Hosted by the Kyoto University School of Public Health, our team will be sharing on the importance of "Social Prescribing as Cognitive Resilience Infrastructure," a framework which is guiding the work of the Digital Social Prescribing for Dementia Care and Prevention in Community (DP2C) International Consortium.
