In partnership with Frog Hollow Neighbourhood House, CIHR and SFU Community-Engaged Research initiative (CERi) are funding a study on precision social prescribing based on the CAP (Cohesion, At-homeness, and Playfulness) Model to reduce dementia risks in the community.
Community members in British Columbia are invited to join one or more 8-week evidence-based programs on Horticulture, Mindfulness, or Dance.
